Each session is unique and intuitively guided. We begin with a brief energetic check-in, followed by soul-led conversation, intuitive insight, and practical tools to support your next steps. Depending on what arises, we may include energetic clearing, Light Language, or meditative guidance.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Just come with an open heart. If you’d like, you can bring a few questions or areas of focus you’d like to explore. A journal nearby is also helpful to capture insights that come through.
How long is each session?
Each Soul Light Guidance session is 60 minutes long and held via Zoom.

No problem at all! These sessions are gentle, supportive, and grounded in unconditional love. Many first-timers find this to be a safe and illuminating way to explore their inner world.
Is this the same as therapy?
No. While these sessions can be deeply therapeutic and transformational, they are not a substitute for mental health therapy. I am not a licensed therapist. These sessions are spiritual in nature and are meant to complement your personal growth journey.
