Preface: I had not planned to write this post, but it came to me as a burst of inspiration on the morning of my birthday, March 27th. As soon as I woke up, I captured the essence of my thoughts and set them aside until after my morning walk. During the walk, I felt a deep connection to my higher self. When I sat in stillness afterward, I asked my soul for wisdom on love. The essence of these insights came to me during that reflective meditation.
